TRUTH AND JUSTICE PARTY. DAY 3.
Policy 3: It is a fact that there exists a severe mental disorder among many people who so call love firearms and guns. They want to play with tools of destruction. These people have severe mental disorders. They are anti-social and not a part of the 22nd century. Their ideas are based on lies, fraud and false beliefs. However the psychological and psychiatrists refuse to or fail to properly diagnose and correctly identify their health or condition. Under the new Firearms Act all licence holders will be required to under go psychological testing. They shall also be required to undertake regular fitness work outs and pass basic fitness tests. If people do not have the required mental attitude for being in possession of a firearm or owning a firearm then they shall be excluded from any firearm activity for life. The people want the killing to stop and the first step is to start to change the laws and bann potential killers and household terrorists for ever coming into contact with any firearms or explosives. Any person who seeks out any explosive, firearm, hand gun or pistol while banned by a mental health order shall be guilty of an offence and imprisoned for 25 years. A court order, by an independent and impartial court exercising correct jurisdiction under the laws is the only method to stopping the killings and supporting law enforcement and police officers.
