A nice man died today. He was lazy....born lazy. He saw the wickedness of the world and all the despicable and dreadful acts by other men who had money against those who had no money, but he did very little. He died because he was powerless. He was not a member of the Truth and Justice Party Party so he was not given the teachings in a long life. It is a sad day that men who love evil and want to inflict evil on the young and children can get away with all their appalling acts. There does not seem to be a care in the word. The question now is was Osama Bin Laden right in what he did to take control of his own destiny and force the issues when others in power have had years to force the issues but refuse to or fail to act in the interest of the people or in the interest of the nation.
A nice man died today because he had an aortic aneurism - that just means the cardio veins pulled away from his heart under great strees and pressure and he died instantly. He was a young man. He was full of life but was given a weak heart. The aortea can be looked after if you are over 30 years old you must take 50mg of ASPIRAN everyday in the morning. This will do one thing for sure, and that is prevent blodd clots but also will put off any heart attack. DON'T WAIT FOR YOUR DOCTOR TO TELL YOU THIS. GO AND LOOK AT YOUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE. If you want to live then start helping others around and find out their medical conditions. If they are alcoholics or smokers then get them to stop. BAN ALL HOLLYWOOD ACTORS WHO PORTRAY VIOLENCE AND DEATH
TODAY, is a Great Day in the history of the Truth and Justice Party. Today, all Hollywood actors who use any form of violence or special effects to show guns being fired or explosives going off will be banned. The membership of the Truth and Justice Party will no longer stand for men like George Clooney, Brad Pit, Tom Cruise and many others resorting to violence. Truth and Justice Party members are asked to ban all crime-coms such as NCIS and many, many others from daily television viewing. Members are asked to switch off garbage on our television and in our movie theatres, no matter who is the actor or director or producer of such violence. Extreme violence by Hollywood should be shunned. There is nothing funny at point a gun at anyone. It is less amusing when so called educated elite actors and actresses from Hollywood act with mindless and reckless abandon and simply shoot and kill "the bad guys". This is the rubbish that has destroyed the soul of the United States of America and made men like Rupert Murdoch and Others very, very rich. The time has come not to go to the cinema or video store and stay home and just be with the family cooking, gardening, learning music instruments, listening to albums and watching fun cartoons.

The blackman is contented with zero. He does not know how to change his circumstances or lift his mind away from the past false beliefs and culture he has created. He does not know how to live at home, and build a home for his family and his children, The blackman is a Predator living in an Alien World. The Predator is always a sought after and hunted man, and many traps of various and different kinds are set for him by the Aliens from the Alien World to ruin him and destroy him and bring him down; thus, the Predator must learn to create a safe orld of his own and not rely upon the Alien and create a Bubble and learn to live within that Bubble as stated by the FERINGOD. The safety and security of the community is not the safety, security and fattedness of the blackman who is above the age of 19. Attention all men who are of or above the age of 18 and are prepared to meet and greet every one in their community in a 6 kilometre square radius and offer them help. The blackman must help the poor, the needy, the sick, the elderly and the very young. The blackman can no longer live the life of the gun and the Devil, but must live the life of true freedom, peace and happiness. He must make sure that every family is cared for and that he lives by his honour and that of his forefathers that died in the Civil War. The blackman must stop the crime: he must stop robbing and stealing like dirt bags. The blackman must plan for the good life and save for the good life, and then he must build thegood life for himself and his family. He must stop the swearing and other anti-social behaviours. He must look away from anger and fighting and find true peace. By doing this he lives longer and stronger in Faith in the FERINGOD. He must learn to think in a New Light and Drink the New Water. In the modern world the blackman must survive by more than luck and a prayer. He must be able to reach the stars without leaving his home or his feet leaving the ground. He must learn new things and be educated to the highest orders in law, science, physics, mathematics, chemistry, arts and communications. Most of all he must be fit. He must be able to run and keep fit and gain strength everyday until he dies. Thus, he cannot consume drugs or alcohol at all. He cannot afford a step backwards into time, otherwise, the world will say "the blackman is a dung beetle". The blackman cannot survive alone and he must build networks within his 6 kilometre radius and share the world he lives in with his friends. He must make new friends and new partners. He must be RESPONSIBILE. The blackman can show RESPONSIBILITY and he will be rewarded by showing his appreciation to others and his community by hard work and a clean life.

The blackman does not understand English, thus he cannot understand the law, the protocols, the conventions, the legal practice, policies or procedures. The blackman is like a 5-year old school girl who has to be read stories and told about lands and animals in distant countries. The blackman is lazy in the mind and cannot think for himself - in the principle of monkey see, monkey do; that is how the blackman lives his life. The blackman does not think but he allows others to think for them so when others make mistakes the blackman can point the finger and say 'if he was working for me, he'd be fired". Classic black blame theory. If it's not one thing, it's another, with the blackman. In 5,000 years of civilization the blackman has not been able to think for him; he is very unimpressive, and unpredictable. The Referendum for the Second Amendment for the U.S. Constitution by the Truth and Justice Party seek to destroy the lie, but because the lie favours dishonesty, corruption and criminals the blackman is silent and loves the Second Amendment and will not change his future - even it is existence means killing his father, his mother, his wife, his family and his country. This is the beauty of the great blackman. Thank you for not bothering to educate yourself, and letting others feed you the lies and falsehoods that keep you as comfortable as any beggar in the Western world. The blackman has destroyed his own life, his own values, his own standards, his own family and own community; the paradise that once was the Americas where the great Indian spirit and the buffalo would roam is now dead and over. MASS MURDER IN UGANDA - A WARNING TO US ALL
The World Cup final was a moment for love, happiness, thrills and joy for every one around the world. You did not need a special invitation from FIFA to go....you just went along to any bar, club, oval, lounge room or place to view two great teams fight it out in a real dog fight to win the great prize in soccer they call the World Cup. It was the happiest time in the life for millions and millions of people. Special events are hard to plan and organise and then get off the ground. It could have been a fizzer....but it wasn't; it was a success. Then, suddenly we heard about our fans and friends in UGANDA. They were relaxing and having fun and cheering for their teams. They were caught up in the fan fare, the flag waving, the noise and special highlights of the World Cup, when most unexpected a series of bombs went off and killed them. The bomb makers wanted to kill innocent people. They achieved that. They were able to achieve this because security was poor and that other men had evil intent in their hearts to kill, injure, figure and maim innocent football fans who last thought would have been their own security. All of this was done by followers of Islam and they call themselves Muslims. These acts of terror by the followers of Islam have no boundaries and no shame. Today, after this World Cup mass murder, there can be no place safe and no time to fully relax. You must be responsible for your security and that of your family and friends 27 hours a day, 7 days a week. It will be extremely tiring but you have to be vigilant and alert and stop the bombers. We all have to find the bomb makers and stop them from what they are doing. Some men just want to kill, and kill, and kill, and kill....and never stop killing innocent people. They believe they have a right to kill because they have easy access to firearms, guns and explosives. Today is a time for mourning the dead and remember our dear lost soccer friends in UGANDA. I hope the law brings the killers to justice, as that is what we all want. I say this, today it was UGANDA.....and tomorrow it will be your home town, or city. ALWAYS BE ALERT. My condolences and that of each and every member of the Truth and Justice Party go out to the family and friends of those who have suffered loss and pain, and we are all sad that they have been taken in this bomb explosion that was totally unnecessary and will achieve nothing for any cause. Today, another life taken and many great and wonderful years have been wasted by some one pointing a firearm at another and pulling the trigger and killing them. Just because you have a firearm does not give you the right to kill any one or any animal. The laws are weak so the killings continue: maybe you will be next.
Please read the following article and try to imagine what was going on in the mind of the victim as the victim's life was coming to and end and they knew there was no hope, no dreams, no more promises from politicians and no where to turn to and no where to run because there were no police or law enforcement officers to help save the life of the victim.

A couple found dead in their Canberra home died from gunshot wounds inflicted by one or the other of the deceased, police say.
The pair were found in their Dunlop residence, in Canberra's north-west, on Friday afternoon by police officers.
It's believed a colleague raised the alarm when the man failed to show up for work.
"It appears both deceased persons died from apparent gunshot wounds," an ACT Policing spokeswoman said in a statement on Saturday.
"Police do not believe that a third person is involved."
A neighbour told AAP on Friday night the deceased were a "lovely couple" with two young children, a boy and a girl, who had lived at the house for about eight years.
Fairfax reported on Saturday the children were staying with relatives for the school holidays when the shootings occurred.
The man and woman are believed to be in their 30s.
Their names are yet to be released while police inform all family members of their deaths.
ACT Policing said a number of witnesses had provided statements and their investigations were ongoing.
"However, anyone who has not yet spoken to police and can provide information which may be able to assist the investigation is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000," the spokeswoman said.

A couple found dead in their Canberra home died from gunshot wounds inflicted by one or the other of the deceased, police say.
The pair were found in their Dunlop residence, in Canberra's north-west, on Friday afternoon by police officers.
It's believed a colleague raised the alarm when the man failed to show up for work.
"It appears both deceased persons died from apparent gunshot wounds," an ACT Policing spokeswoman said in a statement on Saturday.
"Police do not believe that a third person is involved."
A neighbour told AAP on Friday night the deceased were a "lovely couple" with two young children, a boy and a girl, who had lived at the house for about eight years.
Fairfax reported on Saturday the children were staying with relatives for the school holidays when the shootings occurred.
The man and woman are believed to be in their 30s.
Their names are yet to be released while police inform all family members of their deaths.
ACT Policing said a number of witnesses had provided statements and their investigations were ongoing.
"However, anyone who has not yet spoken to police and can provide information which may be able to assist the investigation is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000," the spokeswoman said.

UNTHINKABLE. For residents of a small community west of Rockhampton, it's the only word to describe what happened on Tuesday night.
Shortly before 8pm, 22-year-old Gracemere mother Jade Quilligan is thought to have shot her eight-month-old son Anthony.
She is also believed to have shot her ex-husband in the stomach.
As her son was carried to a neighbour's house in a desperate attempt to save his life, Quilligan left in a ute, which hit a tree 10km down the road.
She died at Rockhampton Base Hospital where, The Courier-Mail understands, scans revealed she had a gunshot wound to the head.

Post-mortems are expected to be performed today in Rockhampton.
Residents across the small Gracemere community remain in shock.
Many cannot comprehend how or why the double-tragedy occurred.
Inspector Jon Wacker said police had found a small handgun in the car's passenger seat.
Shocked neighbours were the first to raise the alarm after the woman's bloodied ex-husband, Lenny Comollatti, stumbled across the street for help. He screamed that his baby son was still inside the house.
Neighbours found the infant on the floor of the house and took him to a neighbouring off-duty paramedic's house. The child later died in hospital.
The Courier-Mail understands the couple were involved in a Family Court battle after a divorce late last year. Sources said custody of the child and ownership of a house was the subject of the court battle.
Shock, disbelief and fear were also words used by neighbours yesterday.
"I've been here three months and I've been telling people it's a quiet street," one neighbour said last night.
Jodie Bennett, 35, who lives next door said she became aware of the drama when she heard gunshots in the early evening.
"A man went in there and found the little fella on the floor," she said.
"There was screaming and everything. They were calling out to get an ambulance."
Neighbour Lisa Willis said the shooting was a huge shock.
"It's a very quiet street. We don't have anything like that happen here," she said.
Family friend Dott Fechner said the community would rally around the family.
"The community is very moved and very emotional," she said. "It's a tragedy for a small community, and we will be asking ourselves whether there was something we could have done."
She said the wounded father had other children, worked in a mine out of town, played football and was well respected.
Mr Comollatti was last night in a stable condition and police guards on his bed had been stood down.
Rockhampton Mayor Brad Carter said the community would band together.
"We are a very close community," he said. "That's the way we function. This incident will have a significant impact on the community, especially as we care so much for children and young people."
Police have launched Operation Ice Imperial into the incident involving up to 35 officers. They will await the results of a post-mortem examination before preparing a report for the coroner.

An autopsy will be carried out on Thursday on the body of a Queensland mother suspected of killing her baby son and wounding her ex-husband.
Police would not confirm or deny reports the woman, who died following a car crash after the shootings, sustained a bullet wound to the head.
The woman's ex-husband remains in hospital in a stable condition after surgery for a gunshot wound to his stomach.
Police say he's no longer under police guard.
An autopsy will also be carried out on Thursday on the eight-month-old boy, who was shot along with his father at a home in Gracemere, near Rockhampton, on Tuesday night.
Police say the woman, 22, died from massive head injuries sustained when the ute she was driving hit a tree soon after the shootings.
Detective Inspector Jon Wacker told reporters a small handgun was found in the ute. Forensic tests will be carried out on the weapon.

Integrity means that you report all offences seen or heard of using a firearm or any other weapon to your local State police service and also the Federal Bureau of Investigations for national response and case study reporting. Integrity means you never use any firearm, hand gun or pistol in any offence including felony murder or armed hold up or any robbery or get away (fleeing the scene of a crime). Integrity means that you will not behave dishonesty or corruptly when dealing with firearms with other People and you will act independently and impartially when reporting any person for breaches of the Law or misconduct including any alcohol or drug abuse to the gun lobby or State or Federal police service. If any person engages in any falsification or misrepresentation in obtaining a firearms licence then they shall be guilty of an offence and imprisoned for 10 years. $320 Million dollars need for exclusive nation wide camapign. The Chairman and CEO of the Truth and Justice Party has determined that it will cost $320 million to manage and markey lawfully and properly the four (4) stage referendum on the changes for firearm ownership and control in the U.S.A. The People shall not longer become the innocent victim or the hunted by shall ensure there is a tight legislative program and screening to turn America around from the Land of the Fear and the Feared, to the Land of Brave and land of Hope. It is our country, it is our flag, it is our White House and the People know the answer that when they see young, dedicated and hard working police officers gunned down in the streets and towns of America when they are doing their duty or simply having a donut and coffee at a cafe THEN THESE ARE EMERGENCY TIMES. There are no options for the gun lobby they must give up unregulated gun ownership otherwise they will be removed from the American landscape forever. freedom is free from anxiety, stress and fear and when criminals and irresponsible persons including working men, loving husbands or other decent men resort to guns to kill themselves or their families and friends or their work mates then the confidence in the gun lobby has well andtruly dried up and the People will stand their ground and say ENOUGH KILLING IS ENOUGH - WE WANT NO MORE KILLINGS! This is a no thrills campaign. It will be simple. There are 4 stages of the referendum. Every American shall vote. The first stage is for you the individual, then the second stage is for your ciommunity you live in, then the third shall be for the state you live in and finally the final decision shall be for your federal government and whole nation. Your decision is to be made given all the facts and evidence. The Truth and Justice Party ask you to vote Yes to the following campaign referendum questions:
1. Do you want firearms, ammunition and explosives banned from your life? If you vote yes, then there shall be a 5 kilometre exclusion zone from your primary place of abode whereby the federal government will ensure that there are no firarms, ammunition or explosives to be in possession by any person or business. This shall remove all fears and anxiety from your life and hopefully let you celebrate your life in peace and tranquility.
2. Do you want firearms, ammunition and explosives banned from your county, council, ward or shire? If you vote yes, then the county, council, shire or ward from where you live in cannot approve any business for the sale or distribution of any firearm, ammunition or explosive and all local government officials shall monitor this to ensure no person acts illegally or unlawfully or establishes a underground or black market for traffick9ing of firearms, ammuntion or explosives against your vote and wishes.
3. Do you want firearms, ammunition and explosves banned from your state? If you vote yes, then the state government must not alow any person other than the federal government in your state to use or possess any firearm, ammunition or explosive. This gives the state control. If you believe that there is a need for the state to have access to any and all activities using firearms, ammunition and explosves then the State Governor shall duly appoint a Committee to ensure that the state is fully protected and employees of the state in law enforcement and police work are properly equipped.
4. Do you want the firearms, ammunition and explosives lawfully and properly legislated, managed, supervised, monitored and fully controlled by the Federal Government. If you vote yes, then you tell the President of the United States, White House and Congress that you are a citizen who demands the responsibility of firearms is fully taken upon by the Federal Government and that all users and owners shall be properly educated in the use and danagers of firearms and explosives and the penalties for breach of the new laws. The Federal Government must identify many persons who have firearms and explosives who have mental health problems ranging from mild and minor problems to severe and extremely danagerous, and these persons must be removed from the community forthwith and their guns destroyed. When you vote yes you agree that firearms are needed in many circumstances in the community but they are not needed on a daily basis and that the peace of the community has been unbalanced due to very weak minded legislators and cowards in government. A yes vote gives you immediate cover and the law is entitled to enter any home and inspect such home for any firearm, hand gun, pistol, ammuntion or expolive. There shall be a $500 reporting fee paid to any person who can inform police as to the whereabouts of any firearm, hand gun or pistol that has been hidden from the law and the new Firearms Act. This money is paid by the Federal Government to show appreciation and that those who sought to undermine the new laws and will of the People and the People have courage to fight the fight. The people have input into the laws of the United States of America and the news laws must be rushed into the Congress to keep law enforcement and police officers alive. The gun lobby have their eyes on People who do not see eye-to-eye with their views of the world. I am here to make short work of their lies and misinformation. Under the new Act the gun lobby shall register and train every gun owner and shooter and the gun lobby shall have powers to charge fees and levies and conduct investigations into misconduct by members. The gun lobby shall also have the power to seek warrants for search and entry into any home at any time of any gun owner or shooter and inspect those premises either with other senior nominated gun lobby committee men or law enforcement and police officers. The gun lobby shall have the right to sue any person who breaches the new laws in the United States Supreme Court in any Sate or Territory of the USA, and any person injured, assaulted, maimed or frighten by any unlawful or illegal or threatening act by any registered member of the gun lobby shall be sued under the new laws in the United States Supreme Court in any State or Territory of the USA. There will be a new Firearms Consultative Committee that shall interview and assess all gun owners and shooters prior to any gun owner or shooter taking possession of any firearm, hand gun or pistol and using that weapon. Under the new laws the penalties and punishments shall be increased to maximum level to ensure that good People live without fear and bad People are imprisoned for their criminal and utterly stupid (if not bloody ignorant and arrogant) conduct. Criminals shall not survive in a new Amercia. They shall be found out and identified and finally imprisoned for a long duration of time.

The People shall not longer become the innocent victim or the hunted by shall ensure there is a tight legislative program and screening to turn America around from the Land of the Fear and the Feared, to the Land of Brave and land of Hope. It is our country, it is our flag, it is our White House and the People know the answer that when they see young, dedicated and hard working police officers gunned down in the streets and towns of America when they are doing their duty or simply having a donut and coffee at a cafe THEN THESE ARE EMERGENCY TIMES. There are no options for the gun lobby they must give up unregulated gun ownership otherwise they will be removed from the American landscape forever. freedom is free from anxiety, stress and fear and when criminals and irresponsible persons including working men, loving husbands or other decent men resort to guns to kill themselves or their families and friends or their work mates then the confidence in the gun lobby has well andtruly dried up and the People will stand their ground and say ENOUGH KILLING IS ENOUGH - WE WANT NO MORE KILLINGS! This is a no thrills campaign. It will be simple. There are 4 stages of the referendum. Every American shall vote. The first stage is for you the individual, then the second stage is for your ciommunity you live in, then the third shall be for the state you live in and finally the final decision shall be for your federal government and whole nation. 1. Do you want firearms, ammunition and explosives banned from your life? If you vote yes, then there shall be a 5 kilometre exclusion zone from your primary place of abode whereby the federal government will ensure that there are no firarms, ammunition or explosives to be in possession by any person or business. This shall remove all fears and anxiety from your life and hopefully let you celebrate your life in peace and tranquility.
2. Do you want firearms, ammunition and explosives banned from your county, council, ward or shire? If you vote yes, then the county, council, shire or ward from where you live in cannot approve any business for the sale or distribution of any firearm, ammunition or explosive and all local government officials shall monitor this to ensure no person acts illegally or unlawfully or establishes a underground or black market for traffick9ing of firearms, ammuntion or explosives against your vote and wishes.
3. Do you want firearms, ammunition and explosves banned from your state? If you vote yes, then the state government must not alow any person other than the federal government in your state to use or possess any firearm, ammunition or explosive. This gives the state control. If you believe that there is a need for the state to have access to any and all activities using firearms, ammunition and explosves then the State Governor shall duly appoint a Committee to ensure that the state is fully protected and employees of the state in law enforcement and police work are properly equipped.
4. Do you want the firearms, ammunition and explosives lawfully and properly legislated, managed, supervised, monitored and fully controlled by the Federal Government. If you vote yes, then you tell the President of the United States, White House and Congress that you are a citizen who demands the responsibility of firearms is fully taken upon by the Federal Government and that all users and owners shall be properly educated in the use and danagers of firearms and explosives and the penalties for breach of the new laws. The Federal Government must identify many persons who have firearms and explosives who have mental health problems ranging from mild and minor problems to severe and extremely danagerous, and these persons must be removed from the community forthwith and their guns destroyed. When you vote yes you agree that firearms are needed in many circumstances in the community but they are not needed on a daily basis and that the peace of the community has been unbalanced due to very weak minded legislators and cowards in government. A yes vote gives you immediate cover and the law is entitled to enter any home and inspect such home for any firearm, hand gun, pistol, ammuntion or expolive. There shall be a $500 reporting fee paid to any person who can inform police as to the whereabouts of any firearm, hand gun or pistol that has been hidden from the law and the new Firearms Act. This money is paid by the Federal Government to show appreciation and that those who sought to undermine the new laws and will of the People and the People have courage to fight the fight. The people have input into the laws of the United States of America and the news laws must be rushed into the Congress to keep law enforcement and police officers alive. Under the new Act the gun lobby shall register and train every gun owner and shooter and the gun lobby shall have powers to charge fees and levies and conduct investigations into misconduct by members. The gun lobby shall also have the power to seek warrants for search and entry into any home at any time of any gun owner or shooter and inspect those premises either with other senior nominated gun lobby committee men or law enforcement and police officers. The gun lobby shall have the right to sue any person who breaches the new laws in the United States Supreme Court in any Sate or Territory of the USA, and any person injured, assaulted, maimed or frighten by any unlawful or illegal or threatening act by any registered member of the gun lobby shall be sued under the new laws in the United States Supreme Court in any State or Territory of the USA. There will be a new Firearms Consultative Committee that shall interview and assess all gun owners and shooters prior to any gun owner or shooter taking possession of any firearm, hand gun or pistol and using that weapon. U.S. SUPREME COURT IS A UNPLEASANT (ATROSIOUS) COURT HOUSE
TRUTH&JUSTICE PARTY. DAY 5. Policy 4: Recruiting, selecting and inducting the right People for Law. Presently, there are too many People involved in government, politics and law. When we have a real good hard look at these men we discover that many of them are a particular brand of coward. In fact, they are unfit for any role in public life or government. It is up to the People to start a fresh and build a new system of government with bigger abd bolder laws that protect the health, safety and welfare of all other People. Today, many people in government are just plain selfish. The U.S. Supreme Court is a very unpleasant court house and without saying outright it is dishonest or corrupt or fraudulent it is best to say it is most deceitful. I think if you actaully sat down and asked each judge of the U.S. Supreme Court house whether or not the U.S. Supreme Court was deceitful they would probably agree and say yes it was due to many of its past decisions which infact are not the laws of the Parliament or Congress but the laws of the judges. The excessive illegal and unlawful and wrongful killings in the USA by men with high powered rifles, hand guns and pistols is disgraceful and ATROSIOUS. The legislators have conceded now in America that it is okay and alright and just dandy if some one comes into your homes or place of work and starts shooting and killing your family and friends. The U.S. Court houses and legislators have a great solution: the death penalty. When some one kills you and ruins your life and family's life and businnes life then they will be caught and killed. THIS IS LUNACY FROM LUNATICS. I urge and say to the President of the United States of America and all women in America - STOP THE KILLING MR PRESIDENT. I urge all Americans to forget the Democratic Party and the Republican Party and start a new firearms free party in politics called the Truth and Justice Party. This party will remove access to guns and ammunition and explosives by dangerous sick psycho men and stop the killings. Presently the government, law makers, judges and legislators believe it is alright if you die but not them; what they do not understand is that they have turned America into the killing fields of Cambodia and Vietnam and that this is due to their greed for money and support for big business. Truth and Justice Party values all police and law enforcement officers and demands that their place of work, namely the community, is a safe and protected place to be in and that the laws must be changed to make sure that all police officers are safe and well at all times of the day and night during their shifts.

THE PEOPLE WANT THE KILLINGS TO STOP!

Policy 3: It is a fact that there exists a severe mental disorder among many people who so call love firearms and guns. They want to play with tools of destruction. These people have severe mental disorders. They are anti-social and not a part of the 22nd century. Their ideas are based on lies, fraud and false beliefs. However the psychological and psychiatrists refuse to or fail to properly diagnose and correctly identify their health or condition. Under the new Firearms Act all licence holders will be required to under go psychological testing. They shall also be required to undertake regular fitness work outs and pass basic fitness tests. If people do not have the required mental attitude for being in possession of a firearm or owning a firearm then they shall be excluded from any firearm activity for life. The people want the killing to stop and the first step is to start to change the laws and bann potential killers and household terrorists for ever coming into contact with any firearms or explosives. Any person who seeks out any explosive, firearm, hand gun or pistol while banned by a mental health order shall be guilty of an offence and imprisoned for 25 years. A court order, by an independent and impartial court exercising correct jurisdiction under the laws is the only method to stopping the killings and supporting law enforcement and police officers.

[General Post Office]. New laws to ban activities in unlawful and illegal and wrongful use of firearms shall apply to all citizens. The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution has been wrongly interpreted by the U.S. Supreme Court. The Constitution shall have second place to the Holy Bible: thus, the Constitutional rights of citizens means nothing unless lawfully and clearly stated in the Holy Bible. The laws of the Constitution come from the Holy Bible and many who have read and followed the words of the Holy Bible.
A new Firearms Act is needed to control the movement of firearms across the country. The new Act must have new rules for urine samples to be taken from all owners, shooters and licence holders and any detection of any illegal substance in the urine should mean automatic ban as that person is not only irresponsible but also reckless and does not care what state his body or in particular his mind is in when dealing, handling or firing a firearm, hand gun or pistol. Any person who tests positive to any banned substance including alcohol, cocaine, heroin and other substance shall be banned for 3 years from applying for a licence. If that person is found in possession of a firearm, hand gun or pistol during the period of the ban then they shall be guilty of an offence and imprisoned for 10 years. There shall be a period of professional counselling for 13 weeks whereby a person interested in owning or shooting a firearm shall attend and discuss all aspects of his life and gun responsibility. That final report shall be presented to any court or senior police officer to determine whether or not that person may or may not be in possession or ownership of a firearm,s licence. Under the new Act one must have a firearms licence first before one can purchase a firearm, hand gun or pistol. This important new Act shall make gun ownership in the hands of dangerous and reckless persons more difficuland if they persists in having guns and ammunition or explosives then they shall be imprisoned. Any person who does so shall be guilty of an offence and imprisoned for 15 years. Any person who brings any firearm, hand gun or pistol on to any business premises, where government or private shall be guilty of an offence and imprisoned for 20 years. Any person who uses a firearm, hand gun or pistol in any offence or discharges any firearm or hand gun or pistol while committing an offence or fleeingthe scene of a crime or offence shall be guilty of an offence and imprisoned for 35 years. Any person who buys and sells or trades in any firearm or ammunition without a licence shall be guilty of an offence and imprisoned for 15 years.
